my cat Callie has a habit of pawing at my hand when I go to fill her food dish, is she trying to tell me something?

Lol right,I'm glad she doesn't do that.

She also follows me around like a dog does,and will swat at my hand when I go to refill her food bowl.

My cat has this weird thing where she has to sniff my drink, before I even get to drink it,I don't know why she does it.

Thank you I was worried for a little while.

I have a two year old Calico mix,that chirps more than meows,and when she does meow it's small and quiet,unless she's in distress, and wants us to find her,is that normal?
