I have a Trixie mad scientist food toy! It’s not like the ones you’re looking for but it definitely is fun! Another toy we make is a toilet paper role with the ends folded in and dry food inside. It’s fun to chase around the floor and try to get food out!

We made a spray of witch hazel and rose geranium oil that smells great and is safe and natural! Not sure if t works for fleas but it works for ticks!
