A few weeks ago I got bit by a young female cat that lived at the house I was working on. She was as friendly as can be and clear out of nowhere she let me have it--completely unprovoked so I'm not sure what happened. Blood was actually shooting about an inch straight out of the lower bite mark but applied pressure stopped it. I must admit I waited a few days before getting antibiotics and my leg is completely healed but if anyone ever gets bit, get antibiotics immediately!
