This doesn't look good at all. We had our kitty spade two weeks ago and her stitches dissolved on there own in about 10 days. You can't hardly see a scar at all. These stitches look opened and infected in your photo. I would get her checked out to be safe. After the surgery they gave me pain pills, which she wouldn't take and antibiotic drops. I did give her the antibiotics twice daily until empty to make sure she wouldn't get an infection. We didn't let her outside until after the 10 days were over and the stitches looked healed.
