I got a hearing aid yesterday and I can hear everything. The clock on the wall, my squeaky wheel chair, myself breathing and my noisy colon.
The sound of the rain when you first get your hearing aids...heavenly! Congrats!

Thanks. It's going to take me awhile to get used to them. I don't think my hearing is really that bad. I have Tinnitis and the doctor said that the hearing aids might help.
I'm watching the half time show and I can't wait to turn on something else. I guess I'm old. I don't see what the big deal is.
It does take a while but you will.
