Hi everyone



What is your usual sleeping position ? Eg. Right side, left side, front, back



I usually sleep on my left side

Sleeping on my back is the most comfortable position. Not 100% on my back - sometimes slightly leaning to the right or left. It depends on how I'm feeling. Other times, I'll sleep on my stomach, cross my legs, and tuck my arms under me as if I am a sushi roll or burrito.

I sleep mostly on my back, but do turn onto either side once and a while. I don't stay very long on my sides though.

Out of curiosity, I'm now wondering if right-handed people are more likely to sleep on the left side and left-handed people on the right side.

Reasoning: Mia6 sleeps right side and most people seem to be left side sleeper.

That's a good question. I'm a left-side sleeping rightie myself.

I'm a left side sleeping right handed person too.

I sleep on the right because I have to. I am not able to sleep on my left side or back because it's too painful so I've been sleeping like that for 18 years. I am right-handed but play guitar with my left hand, batted and bowled also with my left hand, but played tennis with my right hand.

I like to start out on my left side, but if I snore, it wakes me up and I have to flip over to my right side where I can sleep in peace. I can't sleep on my back or stomach. That compresses my lungs and I can't breathe.
