The cat I'm taking care of had four kittens, and one of them has taken to eating the dry food I leave out for her!
Ive been trying to leave out wet food and a mix of it and goat milk out but mommy keeps eating it to the point of almost throwing up.
What we do is we feed them canned food twice a day and leave out the dry food the rest of the time.
None of the kittens are very interested in the canned food(all of them are drinking water though) but one of them has been eating the dry food, only one. Ive never heard of one so young eating it like that so I'm wondering if I should put it up higher where he can't get to it or if it's okay for him to eat it.
Also is there any way to keep momma from eating theirs after finishing her own? She'll keep eating it until she almost throws up if I leave them out anything.
