Just curious!
Mine do not keep each other busy. I have one loner, one momma's boy, one daddy's boy and one who will love and purr up anyone who looks his way. Their personalities and all different and they will let you know what their demands are, loudly and now!The two I have keep me very busy. Is it like kids, the more you add, the more they keep each other busy?

What is the difference between a permanent foster and a resident cat? Sounds like Henry is home! [emoji]128149[/emoji]

I remember reading your thread as he gradually gained courage and finally came out of his room. Such a sweet boy! It's great that his vet bills are covered. He is home and he will stay with me for the remainder of his natural life :heart4: but technically, he's not my cat. He's still the shelter's cat so they pay his vet bills. He had been there from 4 months to 8 years of age so they made this arrangement to get him in a home and make room for another cat at the shelter. I was going to adopt him but the woman at the shelter wanted to do it this way so I agreed. He's such a sweet loving boy. It took months for him to really become comfortable with his new surroundings but Lilith, Sophie and my dog Bailey all accepted him right away so I know that helped. I think that they knew he needed some encouragement and they gave it to him. As soon as he was adjusted, Lilith let him know who the queen of the castle is but she was very kind to him until he was ready to come out of his safe room and join everyone.
Thats just too sad. :'( at the shelter from 4 months to 8 years??? So glad you have him now. I hope he lives 10+ more years!!He is home and he will stay with me for the remainder of his natural life :heart4: but technically, he's not my cat. It really is but he had not been socialized much at the shelter which is part of the reason why he was there so long. I saw his picture on the website and I saw those sweet pale green eyes. They said, "please come get me." I went to meet him with my DD and he curled up on her feet and started nibbling her toes.Thats just too sad. :'( at the shelter from 4 months to 8 years???
