That's rather unusual. I'm asking @catwoman707 and @StephenQ what they think about this.
You need to plan to get her to the vet in the morning. Babies can stay home.
In the meantime I would suggest a warm compress.
It looks very painful.

Great report! Glad you have your worries put to rest nowAlrighty! The trip to the vet went smoothly, she was completely relaxed and friendly throughout the whole ordeal - The vet ruled out ringworm thank god, though believes it's a nasty infection started by a skin irritation from the kittens suckling.
She's been put on a round of antibiotics as she also had a small temp and topical neocort cream - has also been given a cortisone injection to help with the irritation.
