No!!! I think you should absolutely feel free to share what has worked for you! I just check TCS sporadically - checked it this AM before you posted that but just logged back on now so didn't see it earlier.
I honestly feel the same way some times - especially at my weight loss group since I'm the only one who's consistently losing any weight. They all complain about going up and down and I just want to shake them all and make them download MyFitnessPal haha. I know it works for me and I want them to have weight loss success, too. But then again, counting calories doesn't necessarily work for everyone, so my zeal may be misguided!
I think it's awesome that you have been on such a long journey and that the low-carb program has worked so wonderfully for you. I watch carbs too - I try to keep my carbs to less than 150 per day which is half the RDA. I watch fiber too - 21 grams minimum and I prefer to get over 30. The more fiber the fewer net carbs!
You have a wonderful story to tell and CALP is a big part of that story. I think anyone in this thread, myself included, would benefit from looking into it.
