These are gorgeous and  hilarious!   Thank you both.   

    I'm thinking of a whole new thread topic here but I'm not sure we would have enough members brave enough to post!  

The funniest thing about it is Sinbad creeps into these snuggles with me after I fall asleep, and he leaves before I wake up. So if it weren't for my husband coming across us like this and taking pictures, I would have never known that Sinbad sleeps anywhere other than sprawled out on my feet. 

I vote for a parade of snuggled kitties like these!!

Too funny, that he doesn't do it when you're awake and you never see him!  

    I wonder if I can convince myself that Mouse does this too and it's just my imagination that he spends the night at the end of the bed looking out for mice.

This week Mouse has decided that bed is for playing in (and trying to kill his latest enemy - my furry hot water bottle cover), and keeps falling asleep on the arm of the sofa.  I'm waiting for him to fall off one of these days.  That's probably why he leans in towards to cushion side and rests his paw like he does.

One of Sinbad's favorite times of the day is when I sit with him in the hall in front of the window in the afternoon. He'll come get me if I wind up distracted by something and don't go there on my own. He sits on his post, or on the floor and plays with one of his toys, and I will read or play games on my phone since he just wants the company in the afternoon rather than scritches or play. Sometimes I fall asleep when sitting with him. I always wake up alone, but apparently I don't sleep alone! :lol3:

That is an adorable picture. Robin does the same thing. He's a pretty large cat, so I don't know how he quite inserts himself into my arms without waking me up. But oh! I love waking up and finding him there!

@MServant: I have just finished reading the article and I have already tried that with my coffee table and it didn't work. What I do is stick her in another room for 15 minutes. It worked for the coffee table. She no longer goes on it. I know some people say that it's not good to punish kitties by doing this, but it worked and my little kitty is completely fine, no stress and still loves me just as much as she did before. The tree seems to be working for the counter though. She hasn't gone on the counter all day. I think I just needed to get her something to climb.

The real issue right now for the counter would be; food. (either on plates in the sink or when I'm preparing something). But today she didn't even seem to realize the counter top still exists, even when I was making sausages. Go figure.
