Really hard to tell until you can feel kittens moving which is quite late in the pregnancy. But if she is old enough to go into heat and has been outdoors or near intact males, the chance that she is pregnant is extremely high.

Given the circumstances, we always tell members that the possibility of pregnancy is very high. You can get help and support here if you need to as the pregnancy progresses and the kittens are born.

So she should be around 5th week. about 4 more to go. You will feel kittens move in 1 week or two. Depends a little hou used you are to palpitate, and feel off her belly.
Nipples begins to be reddish and enlarged about day 21.
