Why my cat like this?

last week week I brought my cat to vet... And this week this happen. Did he lost his eyes? Someone please help

It looks like an infection, or possibly the eye was injured in some way. You should take the cat back to the vet if you can. They'll probably prescribe eye drops at the least. Make sure when you call that you tell them it's urgent so they don't make you wait weeks for an appointment.

His eye seem watery and it's red... I think it's blood or something

How is your cat doing?
This is an emergency and he needs to see a vet immediately, if he hasn’t already.
