He is a point bicolor, probably a domestic.
The nearest comparison to a breed is probably the snowshoe - whom are constructed with the siameses as base yes.
If he were longhaired and more stocky, you could instead compare him to ragdoll bi-color.
These are the two pointed cats renown for their bi-color pattern.

I'm not an expert on cat breeds but he kind of looks like a snowshoe
