I found this beautiful girl about 3 weeks ago and haven't been able to find her owner. I know nothing about cats. She is the biggest cat I've seen in my life. She stands taller than my miniature schnauzer and is longer in body as well.

She would be called a brown classic (aka bullsye or marbled) tabby and white Domestic Shorthair. We say Domestic Shorthair because without having pedigree papers or a DNA test, it's hard to tell what breeds a cat might have had in their ancestry. That being said, with your lovely girl, her face shape is similar to that of an American Shorthair, so it's possible that she might have some of that in the mix.
