Where do you live, what country?

It seems to be a shorthaired domestic,  the pattern is  black and white,  possibly some would say  harlekine.

I would say blue and white rather than black and white, but that may just be my monitor.

OK, tx.  So black was just my monitor...

Grey is usually called for blue in the cat fanciers language, so I will agree with  @GoldyCat.  It will be blue and white.
