What Colour Will My Kittens Eyes Be?

Shes around 9 weeks old maybe more or less don't know for sure as she was a feral. Will they be yellow or green?

At 9 weeks, I'm pretty sure that's her permanent eye color; greenish-gold/hazel.

May it depend on the breed? At 6 months old, Freya's eye colour is still changing, and her eyes where aqua at 14 weeks old. Now they are green and golden, but I still think she is not "done" with eye colour, and have read about bengals changing eye colour yo to a year and a half old.
I am not contradicting you, abyeb but just curious about possible influence of breed in eye colour conformation.

I think it might be hard to tell for a little while. When I got Charlie, his eyes were already transitioning from blue. For a while, I thought they were going to be green, but they wound up dichroic instead.

Whatever color (or colors) your kitten gets, I'm sure she'll be very pretty
