What Breed Is This Dr. Seuss Cat?

I've never seen a cat with suck long stringy mustache and paws and eyebrows. Does anyone know what breed?

That's a Persian with hypertrichosis (excess hair growth) :)

Right, this is a rather regular Persian modern type, or flatfaced persian, coloration of blue tuxedo.

And so they did something to the hairs, sprayed them with some hair gel or blowing on the cat.

How does it looks on the video? Do you see which?

He is a real cat, has a fan page on Facebook and stuff, with plenty of photos and videos. His fur is like that because of a medical condition that causes excess hair to grow.

Yes, this is the hypertrichosis :)

Ah, so it WAS hypertrichosis! I thought you joked, esp as you put in the smile after.
Yes, sorry about that confusion, another poster a while ago indicated that my posts seemed dry, so I've been trying to put smilies in them since then to attempt undo that. But, yes, in all seriousness it is a Persian with hypertrichosis.
