Which Egg Lecithin product are you using and how many mg per capsule? Since they come in various doses 1 cap and 1/2 cap could mean wildly different amounts.
I've heard conflicting opinions on psyllium even amongst the raw foodies, some of whom use it to combat the constipation that can result from the high bone content in some recipes.
What would you recommend as an alternative for that specific issue? Both of my cats are going daily (if not more than once) so no serious blockage, but I have seen one of them struggle a tiny bit a few times. They both consume plenty of water with each meal so their hydration is covered.
