Update on FIV + Feral Mama's last kitten- still going strong!

We're still calling it a "he". He is at work with me today since I had no other options. He's really gotten the hang of the bottle, and is VERY clear about when he wants to eat and when he is full. Also doing well elimnating. He is in a rubbermaid in towels on a heating pad on low right now napping. I simply cannot keep myself from making sure he is alive every few minutes but I haven't seen a single issue with this little guy. He does move a lot as he falls asleep- almost tiwtching, but only when he is falling asleep.

I'm not getting my hopes TOO high, but so far all signs are go.

Found a friend of a friend who wanted to bottle feed a kitten- so for 3-4 weeks Shark Bait (anything small and male is shark bait to me these days, ala finding nemo) will be at her house all of 5 miles away!

She is very experienced in hand raising kittens- and now husband and I can sleeeeep.

Still not out of the woods but he's still going!
