I have this cute little guy I adopted from a group that gets cat's all over America and trys to give them a new life. At the time I adopted him he was 3mounths at ruffly 3-4 lbs. He now a year and 6 months at 15 or 16 pounds. Did some digging and as far as I see he shares features from both a Norwegian Forest cat and a syberian cat.
I wonder if I am right cause dsh just doesn't fit him at all. He has both breeds double coats.

Q Qrygg - Welcome to TCS. Your beautiful big boy is, indeed, a Domestic Short Hair in a classic tabby pattern. Both Siberians and Norwegian Forest Cats are longhairs. Here's my NFC shown next to an average sized Domestic Shorthair:

What a beauty! He would be a Domestic Shorthair, it looks like brown mackeral tabby in coloring. As 1CatOverTheLine said, all the "giant" breeds are longhairs. We might consider some American Shorthair influence in your boy, he has that working cat body type, and ASH cats are also usually a bit bigger than average.

Well I figured something more than just tabby. See his adoption papers weren't sure what he was considered medium long hair and blue grey fur lol. Am least happy knowing what he is considered to be is very helpful thank you.
