The Post American World

Has anyone read this book, The Post American World. I have not read it, nor have I read any book reviews yet. The reason I am asking is someone sent me a picture via email today of our president carrying it in this hand. The only thing I could find is that the author writes about the rise of China and India, not the fall of the U. S. I just wondered if any of you readers can shed more light on this book.
