Hi, hope someone can help.... My beloved Katie developed a lesion two months ago on her face, same identical place, same lesion. Took her to vet and placed on antibiotics which decreased the size a little. Lesion enlarged. Husband thought she might have skin cancer so we had vet excise - said it was not cancer and she got all of it and lesion totally cleared. One month later the spot just appeared - boom - overnight to the size it is now, same exact thing! E-mailed pic to vet for advice. Ideas anyone? Have spent $500.00 on this all ready with no relief in site. I really appreciate any input. My Katie is the most laid back, fearless, loving cat ever and we just want her to get well. Thanks so much! She is an indoor/outdoor vet.

So, it was tested for, and It's not ringworm then.
That thing looks scary, oh my goodness!
Would you be interested in contacting a university veterinary medical department, or a different vet?
