Recent neuter is this healing alright?

My cat was neutered 5 days ago and was wondering if I should go to vet or if this is healing normally? If anyone could give advice it would be great. He has his appetite and is going to the bathroom like normal and wanting to run around. Sorry for weird angles he won’t sit still
