Vegetarian Indian.
I just love a simple, well made dhal with paratha, and some aloo gobi.

Aloo Gobi is one of my go too favorites too. I also love Samosas, Uttapam and Masala Dosa.

Indian food doesn't have to be super spicy! You can order dishes mild. Some of the dishes I make are packed with flavor but very little heat. Even my MIL who claimed to hate Indian food loves a few of the dishes I make.
I feel like whenever we order, I'll choose the mild option for my paneer biryani (biryani is usually my dish of choice because I know it's pea and tomato free - at least where we order from), and my mouth still ends up burning. I have a low spicy tolerance.
