Hi.

My cat has tooth tartar and stomatitis (inflammation of the mouth)

I will have vet scale and polish my cat's tooth sooner or later.

but it takes 10 days to completely being healed after scaling and polishing

Could you recommend natural or raw food for my cat during the 10 days and after that?

I found out that Cat chow ,which become soft after being immersed in water, become sticky (like plague) and then become hard stone like material (like tartar).

but Hills pets' cat oral care, which become soft after being immersed in water, don't bocome sticky and then don't become hard stone like material..

all natural cat food also doesn't become sticky and become stone tartar Calculus like material. all natural cat food decay and dissolve in a mouse...

so, i want to feed Hills pets' cat oral care or natural or raw cat food to my cat during the 10 days and forever..

Hills pets' cat oral care is not available in my area (South korea)

I tried chopped small frozen white rats. but he hate the rats and their blood.

but my cat love Sun rich cream cheese better than soft cat chow and raw frozen rats.

it looks like that Sunrich cream cheese don't become sticky and tartar like material. but i am not sure.

i am afraid of mal nutrition by only eating cream cheese..

I'd like to try raw goat cheese or milk

cat can live by only eating raw goat milk or goat cheese?

any recommendation welcome...sorry for my stupid english skill

Well, I feed my cats raw food. One of my kitties had to have his teeth scaled and polished. He also had to have three teeth removed. I cut up his meat into bite sized pieces, and used the right amount of eggshell crushed into powder to make it properly balanced with calcium. He didn't eat much the first day after, and the next day did want more frequent meals of smaller amounts than usual, but the third day he was eating find again.

So maybe he won't need 10 days to heal? I know some people have had all their cats' teeth removed because of the stomatitis. Hopefully they'll chime in here.

FYI, a member here feeds raw (Carolina). Her kitty had stomatitis. Once fully on raw, the inflammation resolved to the point he no longer needed the meds he was taking for stomatitis.
