Orange Tabby or Orange Bengal?!?!

At first we thought he was a tabby but now at times he looks like a bengal. (Sorry for the bad pictures)

That is a lovely orange tabby. Bengal is a specific breed and your cat doesn't fit the standard definitions of that visually.

I suppe you mean, your nice ginger boy has markings looking almost as spots - if its broken mackerel or true spots I dont see.  Still, even if we decided its true spots, he would "just" be a spotted tabby - nice, but its not making him into the bengal breed.
