Nite Is Going Gray!

Nite is about 3 years old. He is a medium-haired black polydactyl cat. He is FIV Postive, but does not actually have any health problems. Recently, he started going gray around the neck. Just wondering if this is concerning at all. He is a very young man!

What a handsome fellow!
Probably not a concern, more hereditary than anything I think.
At his next vet visit, I'd ask about it, just to be sure.
