"just a Bombay?"   Real Bombays are rare, although look alike there are " thirteen on a dozen".  Many blackies looks like one...

So unless you have papers, or at least a good, creditable background story - its no Bombay, its a black shorthair domestic, a nice look alike of a Bombay.

Thanks for the info! I was unaware Bombays were so rare. Papers and background I have no idea, she was a stray until we brought her in a week ago.
