My Dog Grooms My Cat How Should I Care For Cats Coat After

My dog and cat are buddies. Well my lab mix loves to groom my cat (licks nibble fur etc). Cat loves in and actually goes to the dog. Well this leaves my cats fur stiff, as dog slavia dries on it. Should I just comb her out (she loves brushing) or should I take a damp cloth and wipe her off. Is there anything else I should do for her. Thxs

I think brushing, and if it's been a particularly wet drooly session, a wipe down with warm water and a soft cloth
