My cat keeps throwing up all his food after being neutered

Hey guys, this is my first time on this website but I am really looking for help. I took two of my cats to get neutered on 1/22/24, they are both about 10-11 months old. For the first two days, they were normal and I followed all the instructions from the vet. However one of them, his name is Soobin... started throwing up all his food. This started happening about 4 days after getting neutered. He was given the food he always has eaten and never had this problem. I am unsure what to do, I also noticed he has not pooped in a day. He will eat his food and drink water and then about 10 minutes after eating he throws up. Soobin has also started losing some of his appetite now so I am just really worried about him. If anyone has any suggestions or advice please let me know.

You need to call your vet ASAP or take him into be seen in person. Cats shouldn't go long without eating and even less time without drinking.

I completely agree that he needs to see a vet. This all might be coincidental to the neutering, meaning that is not the cause at all.
