my cat is waking me up at 3 am

my cat meows super loud at extremely early hours, and i have sleeping problems. this is a big problem. he is a outdoor cat. he meows to enter
or exit but at 2,3,4, or 5 am. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO! please help

You must ignore him until he stops doing that? Can you try noise cancelling headphones or a white noise machine?

Ideally it would drown out his routine meows but you'd still be able to hear if he screams because of another animal.

Im up reading this at 351am my time because my 2 cats decided 2am was a great time to make my house into the Daytona 500 and act like they didn’t just eat 4 hours ago . Now I can’t fall back asleep
