Hi ~ What should I be concerned about in regard to mouse catching? Our cat likes to catch a lot of mice outdoors (she's outside about one or two hours a day and indoors for the rest of the time). She's had de-worming medicine and we are going to start using Revolution per our vet's suggestion. I'm just wondering if we could catch anything from her or if she might catch something too? Mice seem so unsanitary! Yuck. But she seems to be so proud of herself everytime she captures one.

Mine catch them every day! Or voles or shrews or something else. They can catch fleas and worms from them if they eat them, but if you let them out then you just have to make sure they are really kept up to date on wormers and flea meds. Fieldmice are not as unsanitary as house mice though.
