Leo has his 4th birthday today!

Leo has a birthday today on August 2, 2014 he turns 4 years old.

One week before thanksgiving I was standing on the porch and this kitten comes

running from the woods up the sidewalk up the porch and to  my feet!

He scared me so much I backed into the house and got away from him

thinking he was rabid! LOL

He just wanted a home and he got one, had him neutered and his shots,

he has a playstation now and 2 older tabby brothers, Peebo and Bro...

Lots of love and gets his way.. He likes to hunt, he loves the outdoors

loves to climb trees....

Happy Birthday Leo! ....he is SO small compared to the other cat in the photos!

yes Leo is the smallest male we have and the big cat is Peebo

Peebo is the one I first wrote about when I joined this site

as I wanted to help him lose weight..

All  of the cats are in great health...which I am t hankful for

Peebo..the big cat... is 8 years old and  over weight but happy and totaly in great health

never goes to the vet but for his rabies and  combo shot once a year

He weighs 23 an half pounds..he eats a no corn diet...some dry

and more wet food like Friskies canned food, Fancy Feast

canned..and he only gets one third of one small cat...

he does not over eat at all ...never has..

Bro is 7  years old and he is the other medium size tabby male

and he weighs 15 lbs..same food..

Leo is about 1l pounds and  on same food..

the expression of the big cat Peebo was amusing..just like you said..

Well just you wait till next year and Peebo will a hat on for his 9th birthday and Bro will have one for his 8th

this coming January...LOL

I was telling someone the other day that cats were the hardest thing I have ever had to work with to get a great photo..

Mine are pretty good when in the mood but you know the background has to be pretty and out in the green grass

is best so that their green eyes are enhanced by green grass..and no background things to take your attention from the

cats face..

I just picked up a a digital camera years ago and started enjoying photography..

I have not had a lesson ..and can not find others that enjoy the hobby near me.

I want to learn how to freeze frame a hummingbird at the salvia bushes

I have not idea how to set it up manuallly to do it..

I have a book but I do not do well reading instructions...

If someone told me I could write it down and do it a few times and learn

that way easier..

My camera is a Sony and it has all these settings and Iso and   more on it and I have never used them

I use autofocus only...
