What do you guys think of Wysong or Nature's variety's freeze dried food?  It's kinda expensive, I'm wondering if it worths the money.  Does it really have the same nutritional value as home-made raw?

Strictly from a nutritional perspective, I would rate the three raw diets as follows:

1 - Home-prepared fresh / frozen

2 - Commercial frozen

3 - Commercial or home-prepared freeze-dried (at this time, I wouldn't offer freeze-dried products as a diet staple)

Regards.

Thanks AC,  in that case, I won't buy freeze-dried porducts.  Home prepared and commercial frozen probably have more nutritional value!

The problem with freeze dried is just that it's dry, if you are rehydrating it I don't see it being an issue, that said my cat won't touch freeze dried Stella and Chewys although my ferrets adore it.
