Is this tea cup persian? or persian at all?

I would appreciate your comments, is the little one (multicolor white and grey/light brown with Yellow eyes) at the bottom right a tea-cup persian or persian in your opinion? 

She has a great personality, very fun kitty to be around, as a side not, I really hate to spay her :/

She looks persianish, she does.  So she has surely much persian blood in her.  How pure we cant know.  IF purebreed, she is not typically modern persian, but there are different variations in the side streams. Or pet qualityes as another explanation.  On the other hand, her nose isnt extreme as it can be, so she has surely no problems with breeding. As it may be if the modern persian breeder isnt first rate.

I dont know anything about teacup persians, and the size, age nor weight isnt visible on this photo.

As you arent a breeder, why feels it bad to spay her?

The other guy/gal, the masqued one.  If it isnt a masqued desperado, we would like to see a pic on it too.
