Is This Ringworm?

Mostly all red and has blood im not sure if its just a scab from something or if this is in fact ringworm?

Looks more like a wound to me. The ringworm I've seen is bloodless and looks more like a bare patch of skin. Best bet is to check with your vet to verify what it is in person.

Ouch. Looks painful. Doesn’t look like ringworm, maybe an abscess? I’d get that kitty to a vet before it gets worse and to get a definite course of treatment. Keep us posted!
