So i just got a little under 2 year old cat. Shes having heat now, and its so bad i dont egt any sleep every night, so i wanted to take her to the vet for spray. BUT when i asked advice from last owner, she said there was some action between her and the other male cat at home on last heat time. So there is a chance she might be. So i tried google a loot, and it says pregnant cats nipples gets enlarged and pink. I have taken some photos to show here so i can ask the "experts" if her nipples are "normal" or might be pregnant. Live in norway, and taking ultrasound is very expensive, so wanted to take my chance here before that.

Also what are the black small dots around the npple? Anything dangerous?

I'm not an expert, but I'd say her nipples are fairly normal.

Pregnant cats can continue to display heat like symptoms after mating, but that's usually the same heat cycle. So if she mated early in a heat cycle she could continue to yowl for a week even if she has mated and got pregnant. Having a break in a heat cycle and then having heat like symptoms again suggests that she didn't get pregnant last heat cycle.

Do you want her to have a litter of kittens? Even if you manage to find homes for them all when they get to 12 weeks of age it can be very expensive to care for them in the initial months. If you're not really in a position to care for another five or six cats I recommend that you take her to the vet and get her spayed now.

Yes, also, even if she IS early preg, spaying now is fully possible and not difficult for an experienced vet.
But be sure she heat is over - spaying while in heat is tricky.

ps. It MAY happen they come into new heat although already preg. This is typically 3 weeks apart - so the possible preg is anyways early.
This is not common, but does happens occasionally. My ex neighbour had a such cat born from the second litter.

To summarize: If you dont wish kittens, go on with the spaying anyway whatever the exact situation is. Just be sure the heat is over.

I got a new question, earlier today when she was bent down and tail up, i was able to see her "sensetive eria", and its very red. Is it normal since shes having heat and licking there a lot? Is it just swollen? Should i get to the vet for checkup? Or am i just overreacting and being red there while in heat is normal?

If you are going to the vet on Monday, they can help you determine what is going on. Please let us know.
shes fine :D nothing wrong with her. But she does have worms.... so i had to give her this liquig thing in her neck. but she has so much fur it got difficult and some of it went on her fur, and shes able to lick it... have to put on her a harness, so her neck is blocked. But shes still learning to use a harness, so shes barely able to walk and jump normally. acts like she lost all her muscles... She loves to groom herself, hope shes able to groom when using harness, need to keep it on for 2 days for the cure to set properly.
