Is he going to be a long haired cat?

I've recently got a new kitten, named Frankie. He's the light of my heart and apple of my eye already. Totally a sweetheart.

But I was wondering about the length of his fur. Also, his breed. Can you help me a bit?

he's 9 weeks old, and definitely fluffy.

also, his hair is pretty thick. im guessing at least medium haired

i adopted him about a week ago, he's 9-10 weeks old and im just really curious about his future fur length & possibly his origins? please respond with any knowledge!

He is at least medium haired, its not kitten fuzziness. His bushy tail reveals he cant be shorthair.  I think he is a domestic.  But you can perhaps compare him with a Norwegian Forest cat. Not that his muzzle is much triangularish, but they often have such a bicolor pattern.    If he grows up into a biggish boy, noticeably bigger than the moggies and domestics around your place, you can even presume he has surely an Ancestor.
