I assumed the best place to put this would be here. I was curious to know if anybody has ever made their kitty treats. Like tuna snacks or chicken balls, something along those lines. I'm talking about a snack, not a meal and was curious to know if any of you have done that, and if you had any tips or recipes you could share with me :)
To give you an idea of what I mean here's these links I happen to come upon

I personally would omit any veggies mentioned, since kitties don't need it. I was also considering using chicken (any meat) stock in place of water, milk, and oil. Or just removing any vegetable oil in general. Any ideas, tips or concerns would be loved

I feed Ritz too many treats, and have been thinking it would be cheaper to make my own.

But since I feed 100% raw, the only treat I would consider making is dehydrated chicken/beef/pork.  And since I'm the kind of person who actually hates to cook, I have tabled this notion for a while.

If you're handy in the kitchen, you  might consider making jerky with NO SPICES.

Also, simple things like tinned sardines packed in water are a nutritious treat. Great for omegas!
