OK. I was there forever....almost 4 hours! My hair started to quickly take to the color, then slowed down to nothing. I have zero roots. The cut is OK. The color is a bit more red than I would like, but we can adjust the color the next time I go. She wrote down everything she did, pulled out color samples, etc. She seemed to really know her color.
