How did your cats celebrate their big day?

Ozzy and Mowie had a busy day of it—first a bath to get ready.

Ruby had a quiet International Cat Day. But her mama played Squaredle which took the opportunity to incorporate cat words into the daily puzzle.

I didn't realize it was International Cat Day until my daughter told me so I took out the treat bag when I got home and gave Carleton extra treats. He approved!

I only knew about it when a pet supply company sent me an email yesterday promoting various toys (none of which I'd waste my money on).

I was just reading bout how simple it is to get a “a day” registered. Anybody can fill out a form on nationalday calendar.com & then it get approved or not by some committee. Since International Cat Day is taken, I think I’m gonna go for “stop going anywhere day,” (I’ll think of a better name) to give the planet a break from all of our climate changing activities.
