Aww what a sweetie! Is she all grey? Resembles a Russian Blue to me.

After some photoshoping I got a little better pic, more visible.   Yes, the appearance not unlike a Russian Blue.

(grey is called for blue in the cat fanciers language).

What are his eyes colored?   I dont see it clearly not even after the photoshoping.

What is his background story, as far as you know?

The most probable is anyway, he is a "common" moggie, even if he would look alike a RB.
