Getting ticked off

Hi guys my niece is pressuring me to let Snowy outside and I have told her the day I got Snowy that she will be indoor cat which is safe and healthy for Snowy

I understand your frustration. One of my cats wants to go outside I found out my fiance let him out one night and I was furious thankful he saw the dog outside and ran back in but I don't want them outside for safety reasons.

See the thing is Snowy has no desire to go outside heck she run and hide when front door or back door open and to add we live near a busy street and the highway is two block away and Snowy my cat no one else cat

That's another reason you can see the interstate from my backyard and everyone around me has dogs I would be devastated if something happened to any of them. Thankfully your cat doesn't want to go outside it makes it more difficult when he wants to go out.
