Hi all! Remember Imogen, my drooling rescue cat? Well, the drooling did stop after a round of antibiotics which the vet prescribed for cat flu. But, last week it started again--along with the eye discharge and slight swelling. Another vet at the practice discovered a cracked tooth! Poor kitty had it extracted today and is not feeling well at all. I'm hoping that she'll now be out of pain completely. Just thought I'd pass this on! (Apparently her other canine is chipped but not causing swelling or irritation. Who knew?)

Cheers, all!
Kate

Thanks for the reply! Hoping this is the end of our health problems. Imogen has seen the vet more in the six weeks I've had her than Beazy has in her life! I'm not used to cats with health issues. We've always had a once-a-year-for-vacinations cats.

I am so glad you found the cause...good for you and your diligence! I hope she recovers quickly, and feels like herself again soon
