Hi, I have almost the same problem as you do, my cat started to atteck the other one (they lived together for 4 years now). I also believe that a cat outside was the trigger of this situation. I tried feliway but nothing happened, and also some calming pills (waste of money). I'm still fighting with this problem, so I have no solution to it. But in my case it got better when I mounted a net door (a door with catnet home made) in the house, it divides my small house in 2 different areas and one cat lives in one part. and the other one in the other, they hiss from time to time, but i saw at the begining that the agression is lower. Now due to a jealos situtiation we got some steps back but I believe this will help you.
