What is the color of his eyes? He looks almost as if he had a red point masque and feet...

Although the points usually dont have this creme colored body, not as kitten at least.

To give a really general answer, if you are familiar with Siamese cats, your are familiar to the basis of "point". It is a cat that has a lighter colour in body with darker sections in ears, legs, tail and face. This is linked to body temperature. A red point would have a creamy body with red colour in mentioned areas, thus having a red "maske" in face.
I do agree that this kitty is a lovely look alike for a Persian, but I think he is light red rather than cream abyeb and StefanZ . I am taking as true reference the first picture, with the Kitty over the orange sweater. I think this baby would look more "washed out" if he were cream coloured.
