I'm unsure were to post this question so if it needs to be moved please move it to were it needs to be cheers.
I have been talking to other breeders since some of my first posts about my cats and lots of them have been helpful until I start asking about what colour one can except from a breeding. One breeder said it's just down to luck (odd answer but whatever).
so I decided to come here. So my questions are 1. are there any books that can explain this stuff to me if so can someone recommend one? 2.if I took a blue oriental female (whos mom was a blue and father was a blue point siamese side note the mom's sister is a blue tort) and a lilac point siamese male (whos mom was a seal point siamese and the father was a red, apircot or cream point not sure which of the 3 tho).
First off I would like to say yes I'm using my cats as examples have I bred them the answer is no will I bred them maybe but not for some time if I do so if I ever do bred them. Which I'm looking to see how much the local vets want for spay/neuter (is it just me or is it a bad sign when a vet office asks to take your number to call you back on prices but never calls u back?).
And one last question what do you guys thing of these new "breeds" of cats that are poping up?
