Would it be OK to add a bit of cod liver oil to Gus' food to help with constipation. He has been on lactulose for awhile now but I think now that the chemo is working on the lymphoma, he can smell again and can figure out there's something nasty in his food. I was hoping the the oil would be more appealing. I absolutely do not want to have to start force feeding him the lactulose as I already have to do that with prednisone. I am not a popular mommy at all these days. He has had about 4 enemas in the past 2 months and still gets all plugged up. Partly due to the cancer/chemo. He is also on the dry Hill's W/D food but doesn't eat it regularly enough for it to be much use.
