Cat Occasionally Pooing In Random Places

Please can someone help!!!
We have a cat (does have health problems) who occasionally poops in random places around the house.
She has been checked by the vet and the health issues she has doesn't affect her toileting. She will use the litter trays some times. And has even gone beside the tray after being in it!
We have changed trays, moved them, changed the litter type, rewarded good behaviour, scolded bad behaviour, used spray to prevent her going places, NOTHING IS WORKING!!!
Please this is getting to much to bare any help other than what we have tried

Do you have any litter boxes that are uncovered? I am asking because some cats do not like covered boxes.

We have tried covered and uncovered.....made no difference on either. We have even laid newspaper down in case she couldn't get over a litter tray but doesn't use tht

My female cat does this when she's constipated. Things I've tried are increasing canned food and hairball treats or paste. Also hairball or Indoor cat foods can help since they have hairball stuff in them.

Still open to other suggestions just in case
